Seeking African-American girls, toddlers, and baby for re-enactments to be added to a documentary film that will premiere at THE SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL in January 2011. Child actors will play the family of the main character in the film. Girls ages 5-16 are needed. The film tells a true life story of love and betrayal set in the late 1970’s/early 1980’s.
Parent/guardian consent required. All scenes are child appropriate. (No violence, no nudity, no swearing, etc) Parents/guardians are welcome and expected to be on-set during filming.
Child actors cast in scenes included in the film will receive $50 and a film credit; the film will premiere in January 2011 at The Sundance Film Festival, widely known as the best film festival in the US. This credit should be well worth your time, since the part will only require 1 day of shooting. You will also receive a copy of the completed film.
